工作职责

What you'll do:

ヘアカラー新製品の処方開発、試作、評価、安定性試験
上市に向けた各種ドキュメント作成、競合製品の分析・評価
ヘアカラー・ヘアケア製品に関連する新技術開発
大学や外部研究機関との共同研究・技術連携
社内外ステークホルダー（R&D、マーケティング、サプライチェーン、製造、原料メーカー、外部研究機関など）との連携・調整
英語を使用したメール、会議、資料作成などの国際的コミュニケーション
