This role supports the Global Professional Hair Controlling team in Hamburg with financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You will create dashboards and analytical reports for executive-level strategic reviews, working closely with diverse stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, data science, or a related field

Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate complex business requirements into BI solutions
Knowledge of MS Excel and Business Analytics tools (Power BI)

Active level of English (written & spoken)
Flexibility, customer orientation and collaboration skills
Willingness to learn new skills

工作职责

Close cooperation with Henkel Consumer Brands Global Professional Hair Controlling team based in Hamburg, partnering with diverse sets of stakeholders

Support the team with several Financial Planning & Analysis tasks, including planning, forecasting and reporting of actual results
Prepare various presentation materials and analytical reports for strategic business reviews at the executive level
Create and maintain impactful dashboards and performance reports to enable an effective data driven decision-making across the organization
Engage in process optimization and harmonization project initiatives at regional and global level

Knowledge of VBA or SQL is a plus
