As a PD Technician at Henkel in Pune, you will support product development projects through data analysis, analytical testing, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work on water-based and hotmelt adhesives, helping to innovate and improve products while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

最低要求

B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/ M.Sc. in polymer engineering/polymer coatings/ chemistry-organic, polymer science, material science & related fields

Minimum 1 year of experience in chemistry lab
Hands-on experience in laboratory work, formula processing & testing, data management

工作职责

Perform data analysis, draw conclusions, and make experimental recommendations

Conduct analytical testing in support of projects and plan and execute project work in an organized and professional manner
Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Actively participate in departmental activities such as panels, meetings and committees
Take part in innovating product by exploring new technology or performance improvement methodologies
Prepare and deliver technical reports for product development projects
Monitor and adjust product development processes as needed
Create test plans and make design changes
Comply with all regulations and safety precautions

Background and experience in water-based and Hotmelts adhesives preferred
