Promote a safe and healthy production environment and always practice safe work.

Coordinate with line and cell teams, ensure compliance with all standards and maintain effective production (SHO and line meetings, CILT, CL, DH, TBM, etc.).
Ensure equipment and work area are clean, safe, and in good condition.
Identify all equipment problems and provide ongoing support to all members according to daily operating standards.
Monitor and control processes through visual observation and process data.
Develop, analyze, and improve manufacturing methods to meet production needs.
Prepare work instructions, OPLs, and bill of materials in MRP/SAP. Provide proper training to staff in their functions.
Lead and actively participate in the implementation of HPS system tools (SIM meetings, 5S, LILA, DH, CL, SMED, Problem Solving, etc.).
Analyze staffing needs and ensure efficient compliance with production schedules and budgets across all processes.
Prepare vacation schedules for all employees and ensure it does not affect production.
Work with training coordinator to close operator competency gaps, ensuring team can execute improved standards (CL, CILT, TBM, Procedures).
Manage daily staffing by reviewing sick leave, planned vacations, and unplanned absences.
