This internship is within Henkel's HR team in France, focusing on Young Talents recruitment and campus relations. 工作职责

Recruitment of Young Talents (interns and apprentices of Henkel France): manage the recruitment process from A to Z (collecting manager needs, screening and selecting applications, interviews, organizing recruitment events).

School relations: coordinate and deploy the local and group Employer Brand strategy by participating with operational teams in Campus actions (job presentations, recruitment forums).
On-boarding & Animation of the Young Talents community: ensure the integration of interns and apprentices (administrative management, organization of convivial events, career support). You are the privileged HR contact for interns and apprentices.
HR projects: engage in reflections on new generation expectations and HR innovations to retain talents, conduct a reputation program around intern and apprentice satisfaction, occasionally support the recruitment of fixed-term/permanent contracts.
