As a Jr. Technical Product Owner at Henkel in Mexico, you will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for enterprise applications. Primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams for a portfolio of enterprise applications and platforms.

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and service continuity by coordinating incidents, service requests, changes, upgrades and technical issues across the application landscape.
Monitor and manage cost-related aspects of the application landscape, including cost centers, service consumption and platform-related operational expenses.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams, support teams, vendors, and business representatives to manage technical dependencies and ensure effective issue resolution.
