Lead packing and loading activities to maximize labor efficiency and meet same-day shipment priorities.
Train personnel on trailer loading and dock requirements; verify carrier driver credentials before release.
Load, dispatch, and invoice shipments, including LTL processing by end of day.
Delegate work, assign loaders, and maintain high accuracy and efficiency across all shipping operations.
