最低要求
–8 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
Strong hands-on expertise with CargoWise One modules (forwarding, customs, finance, etc.).
Proven track record in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues, with exposure in Service Now, JIRA#.
Solid understanding of forwarding industry processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently with directions and be able to collaborate with amid the teams and with other team members.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English, Mandarin and other languages is a MUST
Understand the Cargowise One Database schema, reports, workflows setup and programming SQL
工作职责
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure CargoWise One solutions align with operational needs.
Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for system enhancements and integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within CargoWise One, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Conduct gap analyses and recommend process improvements to optimize workflows across forwarding and logistics functions.
Support system configuration, testing, and deployment activities, including UAT coordination and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, IT, SAP Finance teams, Infrastructure team and training teams) to ensure seamless adoption of new features and modules.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for efficiency gains by introducing AI tech, RPA and automation through continuous improvements.
Stay current with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and CargoWise One updates to advise stakeholders on strategic improvements.
