工作职责

服务交付与客户满意度**

提升客户满意度
主持并参与定期客户会议,审查绩效并制定前瞻性计划
领导客户转型,验证客户供应链中增值项目的实施
生产力与盈利能力**
寻找并实施针对服务交付水平的生产力改进机会
促进社区内运营专业知识和经验的共享,支持日常执行和参与启发式研讨会
在额外业务实施过程中内部代表客户利益
支持账户与马士基增长**
与商业客户总监/经理共同制定客户长期愿景
为客户制定年度路线图,以交付客户目标和一系列优先事项
与商业、运营和产品专家合作,探索适应客户需求变化的新发展
主持全球/区域客户项目管理会议和电话会议,并主动分享最佳实践,可选择出差
