Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or related field / Supply Chain and logistics experience. Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in air freight forwarding, at least 8 years working experience in management role as P&L owner responsible for customer service and operation excellence. Language and Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment; ability to articulate issues, present 'pros and cons' and provide feedback timely. Computer: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other technical software. Others: Thorough understanding of airfreight market drivers; Strategic and innovative mind set; Strong customer service understanding and focus; Proved people management; Adaptability to changes in the work environment – managing competing demands and has ability to solve complex problem.
工作职责
Lead development, implementation and retention of direct customers. Owner of responsible district P&L results. Holds accountable operations, procurement and commercial teams to achieve the target. Own the day to day operations for all direct customers facing activities to ensure productivity, operational excellence, quality performance to customers. Ensure that all company procedures, plans and programs are understood and implemented. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, local rules and regulations. Overall responsible for PRN airfreight operations, including route operations, ground handling and domestic transportation operation, consolidation efficiency.
