工作职责

Based on the headcount targets required by business needs, break down the recruitment pace and cycle to ensure sufficient personnel.

With the goal of achieving the scale of suppliers and delivery capabilities, promote the improvement of the quantity and quality of procurement and introduction of merchants, and establish a supporting merchant management mechanism and system capabilities.
Assist in developing and optimizing staffing strategies to support manpower allocation and temporary staffing arrangements during peak business periods.
Establish and improve local employment management systems and processes, and promote the standardization of the employment system through internal and external benchmarking and efficiency optimization.
Work closely with the city operations team to promote the implementation of standardized processes and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
