This role focuses on analyzing and optimizing the delivery partner ecosystem for Keeta,美团's international brand, in the fast-growing Brazilian market. You will build monitoring systems, conduct deep-dive analyses on rider lifecycle and cost structure, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive data-informed decisions.
最低要求
Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or related fields. O2O/transportation/logistics/food delivery industry experience preferred.
+ years of experience in data analysis/business analysis/operations analysis/consulting, proficient in SQL and Python.
Structured thinking ability to decompose complex business problems into actionable analysis frameworks.
Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills to coordinate resources and drive problem-solving.
Fluent English as working language.
工作职责
Design and iterate the core operation indicator system for franchise delivery capacity, build data dashboards and automated monitoring to track rider supply, scheduling, attendance, and service quality, timely alert business risks and drive闭环 resolution.
Conduct deep-dive thematic analysis on rider lifecycle management and delivery cost structure, output key business insights and actionable strategy recommendations to drive operation strategy iteration. Quickly diagnose root causes from daily data fluctuations.
Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure consistent business language, drive stakeholders to implement strategic optimizations based on analysis conclusions. Participate in defining data product requirements to improve team-wide data-driven efficiency.
