This role is for Keeta's overseas grocery business in Kuwait, focusing on strategic planning and execution for retail categories. You will build category growth frameworks, design pricing systems, and drive performance through data analysis, contributing to the expansion of Meituan's global footprint.
Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in category management in retail/e-commerce/local life services industry; prior experience in overseas markets or the Gulf region is preferred. Able to build category systems from scratch, familiar with category tree construction, product selection logic, pricing strategies and Allowance ROI analysis. Possessing solid business analysis and data modeling capabilities, proficient in using data analysis tools, able to discover business opportunities from data and convert them into strategies. Having strong English language proficiency, can use it as a working language, and communicate and report independently with internal and external teams in English. Possess cross-team collaboration and project management capabilities, able to quickly build processes and drive multi-role collaboration implementation in the early stages of business operations. Possess strong sense of responsibility.
Responsible for the strategic planning and execution of Keeta's flash sale business across all retail categories, leveraging insights from Kuwait's local retail market to establish a category growth framework and define the rhythm and priorities for category expansion. Led the end-to-end setup of a new merchant onboarding pricing system, including pricing model design, competitor price monitoring, and optimization of category gross margin structures, ensuring commercial capabilities and merchant appeal. Develop category allowance strategies to balance user growth, merchant retention, and operational efficiency through data analysis. Output weekly/monthly business performance reports and drive strategy iteration. Collaborate with operations and frontline teams to develop performance plans, break down category goals into individual/team dimensions, and establish data-driven performance evaluation and incentive mechanisms. Continuously track key category metrics (GMV, order volume, Visit-to-Purchase Rate, Recruitment Funnel, etc.), identify growth opportunities and anomalies, output actionable strategy recommendations and drive implementation.
Prior experience in overseas markets or the Gulf region is preferred.
