最低要求
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Math/Statistics or the related degree
years relevant working experience, with basic knowledge of financial control and compliance operations
Strong data sensitivity and data analysis skills
Excellent attention to the detail and follow up skills
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Proficient in English
工作职责
Strengthen compliance and risk awareness and improve data sensitivity
In depth understanding of business activities in the pharmaceutical industry
Mining and Sensitizing Big Data in the New Internet Paradigm
Timely, flexible and rapid response in combination with business activities
Prepare monitor and risk data analysis and report completely and accurately
Identify issues proactively and communicate to manager along with potential range of solutions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date Work Instructions, Checking Points.
Good project management awareness and skilled system operation, understand and implement project phased objectives and cooperate with external project suppliers
Join and contribute the implementation of continuous improvement projects.
Engage directly with business partners on routine activities and deliverables.
Work independently to produce standard and regular reports as required for the operation.
Assist in providing key support for internal and external related audit activities, including the timely and accurate delivery of audit requests.
Prepare complete and accurate standard operating procedures and Sarbanes-Oxley related internal control documentation involving new activities and/or process changes as required.
Financial control and compliance monitoring activities:
Have fundamental knowledge to understand the corporate financial control and compliance policies.
Maintain familiarity with working procedures and instructions.
Implement required working procedures and checking points to validate FCPA transactions to ensure the completeness of supporting documents.
Responsible for validating the authenticity and legitimacy of a FCPA transaction utilizing the established working procedures.
Report to and escalate potential non-complaint matters to team lead
Analyze operational data to identify risk areas and provide constructive suggestions to the team
Response to the inquiries from business about local policies and procedures under supervision
Conduct other compliance proactive review, in related, but not limited to remediation action plan.
