最低要求
· 必须是香港认可大学法学院在读学生，并参与学分制法律实习项目

工作职责
· Conducting legal research and comparative analysis on overseas laws and regulations, legal AI tools and related technology solutions
· Assisting in reviewing, updating, and organising contract templates and company secretarial documents for the team
· Assist with reviewing and updating internal company policies and other outdated documentation
· Supporting the optimisation and organisation of the team's electronic database of legal templates and documents to improve accessibility and usability
· Providing support on ad hoc legal, compliance, and administrative tasks as assigned by the team
