This position as a Distribution Supervisor at Air Products involves overseeing transportation operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, coordinating driver training, and managing third-party logistics (3PL) relationships. 工作职责
Ensure every requirement listed in AP procedures, safety standards, BSP activities, driver handbook and related local regulations are followed by all employees in CP plant and 3PL Distribution team. Implement VCR (vehicle condition reports) and DOR (driver observation reports) to improve vehicle reliability and customer site conditions quickly and effectively. Collaborate with CSR/TPS team and DST (driver safety trainer) and arrange drivers to attend required training courses. Ensure all distribution trip transactions are properly closed in MOBY. Maintain good relationship and communications with cross functions, e.g. CSR/TPS team & 3PL management team. Coordinate with CSR/TPS team for vehicle maintenance activities and ensure compliance of vehicle licenses are updated. Participated in monthly 3PL general management/coordination review meetings with 3PL vendors, which covers safety, equipment, resources versus AP requirements and demand.
