Proactively develop the territory to achieve sales targets and market share objectives

Promote product value in clinical settings using clear, evidence-based messaging; deliver product demonstrations and clinical trainings for surgeons and nursing teams
Provide professional in‑theatre support and post-sales follow-up to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Independently generate leads and territory activity — cold outreach, account mapping, and targeted KOL engagement.
Collaborate with marketing, to plan product rollouts and clinical workshops.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in all customer interactions.
