Experience within Orthopedics, procedural MedTech, or capital-intensive portfolios strongly preferred.
Exposure to regional or multi-market roles within SEA or equivalent emerging markets.

工作职责

Shape and deliver SEA corporate and key account strategy for prioritized hospital groups and integrated delivery networks, aligned to DePuy Synthes priorities.

Serve as partner to key customers, engaging C-suite, procurement, and clinical leadership to co-create long-term, value-based partnerships beyond products.
Translate enterprise strategies into in-country execution, partnering closely with Country Commercial Leaders, Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Pricing, and Finance teams.
Drive solution-oriented and portfolio-based value propositions, including standardization, clinical education, capability building, and pathway optimization.
Lead complex negotiations and framework agreements in line with pricing, compliance, and contracting governance.
Establish account governance and performance discipline, tracking strategic milestones, growth outcomes, and partnership effectiveness across markets.
