This internship role at Deloitte Hong Kong focuses on supporting the Campus Recruitment team within Human Resources. As an intern, you will assist in planning and executing campus events, managing recruitment processes, and handling administrative duties. 最低要求

University students in any discipline. Human Resources Management, Communications, Psychology or Social Science preferred but not a must.

Good experience in organizing large-scale events and functions preferred.
Independent and able to work under pressure and meet tight timeline.
Mature character with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, responsible and hardworking.
Good command of both English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Putonghua is a definite advantage.
Proficient in MS office application.
Internship Period: Part-time (minimum 3 days per week), from Aug – Nov 2026

工作职责

Assist Campus Recruitment manager for campus programs including planning, organizing campus talk, assessments and offer procedure

Participate in the implementation of branding promotion in campus
Assist in university public relation maintenance and cooperation, arrange students' visits, campus talk, and drive other campus related events
Work with regional Campus Recruitment manager to improve hiring process, including interview scheduling, assessment process, offer tracking, on boarding process, internship management, report generation and etc.
Assist in Social media operation including program planning, content making, design and promotion
Talent management system operation and optimization
Assist on working with stakeholders from business units and counterparts from other departments to implement campus recruitment activities and campaigns
Support ad hoc HR administrative duties
Top-performing interns will be considered for conversion to permanent position
