该职位是德勤中国的审计与鉴证高级岗位，主要服务于大型银行及非银金融机构，提供会计与报告相关的咨询、风险管理和数字化解决方案
你将参与财务流程改进、衍生品对冲会计、监管合规等项目，与跨领域团队协作，帮助客户优化财务职能

最低要求
Bachelor or Master degree of any disciplines, preferably with a degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting, Business or other related disciplines relevant to the role
Minimum two years of relevant experience in audit, especially those with practical experience in auditing financial institutions and commodity companies, will be given priority.
Connects within and across businesses and borders to get access to the right resources and coaches team members to deliver high quality results and stakeholder value
Be a team player and can work effectively with the team to foster a high performing, continuous improvement, and technical learning environment
Provides coaching and technical expertise for junior team members
Familiar with derivative products and hedging-related business knowledge, and proficient in professional areas such as hedging strategy formulation, hedging risk management, and hedging accounting.
Demonstrate digital dexterity and ability to rapidly adopt new technologies or creative solutions to solve problems.
Be an excellent communicator and have fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills
工作职责
Perform in-depth assessment, both quantitative and qualitative, on clients' finance strategy and operating model to identify delivery/expectation gaps so as to help clients in redefining the roles and values of their finance functions
Conduct process walkthrough, prepare discovery and solution workshops and draft up the finance improvement plan and roadmap to help clients to strategize and improve their finance operations, including but not limited to the design of finance organizations, processes, data and systems
Be innovative in developing new tools and new solution for our clients in different industries
Assist our clients to improve their accounting/financial related processes by the adoption of new technologies, tools, solutions and/or applications
Assist clients to draft policy manual, redesign processes, develop budget model, rationalize management reports, conduct training and other activities to help clients to implement the improvement actions
Assist on the preparation of proposal and drafting of the report
Prepare written reports on findings and recommendations, and present such to the project stakeholders/key managements of our clients
Stay abreast of industry trends, new regulations and financial reporting requirements that may have an impact on our clients
Work closely with professionals from national office and other internal specialists to consult on relevant technical matters when appropriate
