最低要求

Experience Level: 2 to 6+ years of management consulting, strategic planning, or business transformation experience.

AI & Digital Trend Knowledge: Practical understanding of AI applications, generative AI capabilities, and digital trends within key industries in Hong Kong (e.g., FSI, Hospitality, Retail, and Services).
Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Proven track record in evaluating financial statements, analyzing corporate strategic priorities, executing case studies, and performing market sizing/segmentation.
Human-Centric Design Skills: Experience with customer journey mapping, design thinking frameworks, proposition design, or human-AI interaction / AI Agent design.
Executive Communication: Advanced proficiency in structuring, designing, and delivering high-impact executive slide decks (PPT) and strategic artifacts.
Agile & Fast Learner: Exceptional ability to rapidly absorb new concepts, master technical developments, and leverage cutting-edge AI tools in daily workflows.
Curiosity & Strategic Mindset: Strong innate curiosity about technology, innovation, and business model transformation.
Adaptability & Resilience: Proven comfort with ambiguity, structured problem-solving in fast-paced environments, and navigating complex client landscapes.
Analytical Precision: Excellent financial sense, strong quantitative acumen, and comfort working with complex datasets.

工作职责

AI Strategy & Execution (Primary Focus): Formulate end-to-end digital and AI strategies for enterprise clients; identify high-impact AI use cases, evaluate technology capabilities, and map out strategic roadmaps tailored to HK/regional market dynamics.

Business Case & Financial Modeling: Conduct robust financial analysis, cost-benefit evaluations, investment projections, and return on investment (ROI) modeling to substantiate strategic AI initiatives.
Operating & Organization Model Design: Design scalable target operating models (TOM) and organizational structures to integrate AI governance, capabilities, and talent seamlessly within client organizations.
Proposition & Experience Design: Utilize design thinking methodologies, customer research, and journey mapping to design innovative customer experiences, value propositions, and continuous AI Agent interactions.
Commercial Strategy & Market Analysis: Perform market segmentation, sizing, benchmarking, and competitive analysis to support client growth, pricing, and go-to-market strategies (with a preference for FSI, Hospitality, and Food & Beverage sectors).
Client Engagement & Storytelling: Structure and synthesize complex analysis into compelling executive level presentations (PowerPoint) and strategic deliverables for senior leadership.
