This position is a senior role within Deloitte's Finance Transformation practice, focusing on delivering assurance and advisory services to financial services clients. At least 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, external audit or a related field (including finance systems)
Proficient in at least 1–2 programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
A solid understanding of AI and analytics capabilities, with the ability to apply them effectively in a financial data context
Strong analytical skills—able to leverage technology to derive insights from data, select appropriate techniques for different data sets, and address software limitations through data preparation and effective visualization
Well-developed relationship management skills, including teamwork and cross-functional collaboration

工作职责

Perform in-depth assessment, both quantitative and qualitative, on clients' finance strategy and operating model to identify delivery/ expectation gaps so as to help clients in redefining the roles and values of their finance functions

Conduct process walkthrough, prepare discovery and solution workshops and drafting up the finance improvement plan and roadmap to help clients to strategize and improve their finance operations, including but not limited to the design of finance organizations, processes, data and systems
Assist clients to draft policy manual, redesign processes, develop budget model, rationalize management reports, conduct training and other activities to help clients to implement the improvement actions
Assist clients to design, build, test and roll out technology solutions, including but not limited robotics process automation, Alteryx, Oracle ERP/EPM, BlackLine, SAP Concur, Workiva, Power BI, etc.
Produce a high quality work product and collaborate with others across phases of the project lifecycle to deliver a superior client experience
Stay abreast of industry trends, new regulations and financial reporting requirements that may have an impact on our clients
Delivers high quality services by demonstrating a practical awareness of the impact of regulation and risk management in the professional's area of focus
