最低要求
+ years of experience in strategy, data solution or consulting; Strong understanding of China’s ecosystem, including AI, tech, e-commerce, and digital media trends; Hands-on product/solution experience; Experience working with global teams and an understanding of how to align local execution with global strategy; Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, working with both technical and non-technical teams; Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (written and verbal) to collaborate effectively with local and global stakeholders; Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions forward; Expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, project management tools, and other relevant software; Knowledge of AI tools and social platforms, and a passion for exploring their application in marketing.
工作职责
Audience Hierarchy: Building client’s consumer audience hierarchy using WPP, platforms and 3rd party data sources. Bring breakthrough thinking in new era of data to drive business growth through re-defining media consumers; Platform Adoption: Spearhead the growth of the WPP DTA capabilities by driving adoption of the platform WPP Open, using appropriate tools and solutions to unlock business value; Project Owner: Manage the data solution project and make sure the collaboration between data partnership, client analytics are as expected. Manage the deliverables and timeline to meet client’s business targets; Market Innovation: Bring the best-in-class technology and data solutions to the business through bonding client’s cross teams and market capabilities. Drive and land the projects to break boundaries and achieve awards winning; Strategic Solutioning & Adoption: Identify client needs, lead workshops/demos, and drive the adoption of WPP Products solutions within agencies; Technology & AI Expertise: Stay abreast of China's tech landscape, advocate for AI-driven solutions, and shape future WPP products offerings.
