This role involves providing legal support across all aspects of a global business, including contract negotiation, compliance, policy drafting, and training. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and clients, handling complex multi-jurisdictional legal issues. 工作职责
Negotiating contracts with clients and vendors;
Working closely with client services team and clients' legal/compliance teams to ensure safe knowledge access;
Drafting and implementing internal policies and procedures to manage risk;
Developing and delivering legal and compliance training to the business;
Dealing with evolving areas of law including IP, data privacy, technology, sanctions, regulatory compliance, employment and taxation.
优先资格
Dual qualification (Hong Kong and Mainland China) is preferred.
