Cross-Brand Commercial Diagnostics: Lead performance diagnostics across all Coty brands in China, not limited to a single brand; Identify common growth patterns, structural gaps and cross-brand opportunities; Provide holistic view on business performance to support portfolio-level decision-making
Commercial Performance & Funnel Analysis: Diagnose GMV and sell-out performance across product, channel and customer dimensions; Analyze SKU/category contribution, product mix and lifecycle impact; Monitor traffic trends, channel mix and traffic quality; Identify conversion bottlenecks across full funnel (traffic → conversion → basket) Customer Lifecycle & Growth Drivers: Analyze new vs. existing customer contribution across brands; Track retention, repeat purchase and reactivation trends; Identify lifecycle gaps and work with CRM / CE teams to unlock growth opportunities Opportunity Sizing & Strategic Input: Translate data into clear business issues and growth hypotheses; Quantify impact of opportunities and define prioritization; Support AOP, QBR and key business reviews with data-backed recommendations Performance Governance & Decision Enablement: Lead commercial analytics in QBR / MBR with structured and actionable storytelling; Standardize KPI framework across Media, CRM, E-commerce and Retail; Enable faster and more effective decision-making through consistent diagnostics Data, Tools & AI Application: Partner with BI teams to enhance dashboards and data infrastructure (e.g., Cockpit); Ensure data consistency and usability across systems; Apply AI / advanced analytics (e.g., predictive models, automation, GenAI) to improve diagnostics and decision efficiency; Focus on practical business application of AI, not just technical exploration Cross-Functional Impact: Work closely with Marketing, Media, CRM, E-commerce and Sales teams; Translate analytics into clear, actionable plans for each function; Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across teams
