Lead medium-to-large OD initiatives with primary focus on leadership development, talent development, and organization effectiveness, including succession management, talent planning, workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
Design and implement leadership and talent programs that strengthen leader capability, readiness, and bench strength across business functions and geographies. Partner with business and HR leaders to conduct organizational assessments, identify gaps and opportunities, and recommend practical, data-informed solutions that improve organizational effectiveness. Manage end-to-end program delivery with strong project management rigor, including project planning, governance, milestone tracking, risk and issue management, stakeholder alignment, budgeting support, vendor coordination, and outcome measurement. Work closely with HR and talent systems teams to support process design, systems-enabled implementation, reporting, and continuous improvement of OD and talent programs. Analyze survey, talent, and organizational data to generate insights, develop dashboards, and inform recommendations, action plans, and executive communications. Facilitate talent reviews, succession discussions, leadership workshops, and change interventions that support adoption and sustained business results. Develop high-quality executive presentations, briefing materials, dashboards, and communications for senior HR and business stakeholders. Contribute to the continuous improvement of OD methodologies, toolkits, analytics, systems capability, and PMO practices across the function.
