This role is part of Anker's 2027 overseas campus recruitment for a Marketing Growth Specialist in Vietnam. You will be responsible for data-driven growth initiatives, including marketing data analysis, media buying for DTC and Amazon markets in North America and Europe, running growth experiments like A/B testing, and optimizing advertising efficiency across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon.

工作职责
Conduct data analysis and insight generation: participate in marketing data analysis, user behavior analysis, and ROI analysis to uncover growth opportunities from large datasets. 2. Execute media buying: support advertising for DTC and Amazon markets in North America and Europe, running and optimizing full-funnel campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon. 3. Run growth experiments: participate in A/B testing, conversion funnel optimization, and growth model building, learning a scientific approach to growth. 4. Optimize efficiency and control: monitor key advertising metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, etc.), support campaign optimization, and explore new channels, technologies, and tactics.
