最低要求

硕士及以上学历,力学、航空航天、机械、机器人等相关专业

理论要求:振动理论、理论力学、固体力学(包括线弹性、粘弹性、塑性、冲击动力学、疲劳力学),有限元理论,信号处理与数据分析,机器人动力学
熟练掌握常用有限元软件,熟练掌握模态与振动测试方法
具有复杂结构有限元建模、模态与传递函数仿真,以及测试对标经验
具备精密半导体、精密光学设备的振动系统建模与振动特性分析经验
有较强的数理基础,能够运用matlab等工具进行动力学分析

工作职责

负责超精密设备的振动分析,包括建立振动模型、执行开环/闭环振动分析,以及预测振动特性

开发采用被动、主动或半主动控制技术的振动控制策略,以提升设备稳定性
与机械和控制工程等跨职能团队协作,基于振动分析结果优化设计方案
进行振动测试与验证,根据实验数据评估设计有效性,并持续改进振动设计技术
