Bachelor's degree and above. 3 years of experience in the related field (proficient in a technical, scientific or specialized field requiring an understanding of a body of theoretical knowledge). Good English knowledge. 3D Measurement skill.
工作职责
Lead (technically and disciplinarily) an extensive/complex unit with very different functions and various or complex tasks with regard to the technology/control of production and/or the organization
Conduct personnel assignment planning and disposition, taking into account company goals
Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to associates that report to him; make personnel decisions in cooperation with the HR department and the supervisor
Cooperate in personnel planning within the responsible area in cooperation with the supervisor; employ qualified personnel
Instruct, encourage, motivate and evaluate associates; take disciplinary actions as necessary
Rearrange work processes and work equipment in case of interruptions and bottlenecks
Conduct complex analysis (e.g. component analysis etc.)
Create acquisition offerings
Cooperate in process design- and improvement
Collect information/conduct market studies concerning new technologies and materials
Break down and prioritize group goals for associates
Conduct shift and operations planning
Training the new staff according to the training plan
Clarify order-related, technical measurement issues with the involved departments/requestors in order to assure that orders and done in a timely manner and with high quality
Check and prepare CAD data (CATIA)
Create statistical evaluations
Conduct technical and general order processing (e.g. spare parts, external calibrations, repairs, maintenance, office supplies, etc.)
Create part-specific, reusable measurement fixtures according to detailed instructions
Create measurement plans and (CNC) measurement programs using production drawings or CAD models (online/ offline)
Measure ruled geometries and/or free-form areas using 2D or 3D coordinate measurement equipment (optically/tactile)
Conduct measurements with standard measurement equipment
Comply with company EHS management rules, know the factory and work area environmental factors and hazards, perform the post responsibility what described in the safe production responsibility system.
