工作职责

Support the strategic planning of the department/unit by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the group, within a short or medium-range time frame

Plan and administer the budget in his/her area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor, and make sure there is compliance with it
Cooperate in personnel planning within his/her area of responsibility in cooperation with the supervisor; employ qualified personnel
Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to associates that report to him/her; make personnel decisions in cooperation with the HR department and the supervisor
Break down and prioritize group goals for associates
Cooperate in identifying and developing suggestions for improvement; implement the actions determined
Support other units in managing large-scale company tasks
Instruct, encourage, motivate and evaluate associates; take disciplinary actions as necessary
Assure delivery fulfillment and quality by the efficient use of machinery, material and equipment; according to the criteria of production planning/control and characteristics
Assure quality testing on parts based on test plans, technical drawings, and work instructions (e.g. with regard to function, completeness, etc.), compare target/actual deviations as necessary.
Set priorities within stated times and goals
Conduct shift and operations planning
Rearrange work processes and work equipment in case of interruptions and bottlenecks
Monitor cost development/assure compliance with predetermined budgets/overheads/BDE time determinations and characteristics; implement corrective actions as needed, in cooperation with supervisor
Develop/support improvements in processes, equipment and IT systems
Assure compliance with process and procedural directives
Operation of machines and/or systems, which are very difficult to operate, in series production
Configuration of machines and systems for production
Preparation for equipment/configuration (preparation of parts and materials, preparation of tools, selection/preparation/supply of devices, etc.)
Configuring all necessary measuring devices
Verification/measurement of parts with standard measuring equipment based on documentation
Carrying out minor repairs and preventive replacement of parts (e.g. wear parts, etc.) as well as monitoring maintenance intervals
Determination of the availability of parts and materials for production and reporting of stock-outs
Support for optimizing workflows and driving improvements
Contact person for quality issues in the area of responsibility (TSQ)
Assign and coordinate maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, regular visual and functional checks to identify early signs of wear, leakage, misalignment or anomalies, using predefined lists.
Records and reports findings and maintenance activities in digital reporting systems.
Staff training on assistive technologies
Assign and coordinate responsible for loading equipment as well as keeping the lap log
Responsible for the proper functioning of the production line and streamlining the workflow
Determination of the causes of faults, creation and transmission of fault descriptions (e.g. tolerance deviations, faults, wrong parts, texture, leaks, etc.), if rework is necessary according to the working instructions.
Responsible for the full utilization of production capacities, maximum efficiency utilization of production lines, prevention and elimination of interruptions or deficiencies in their operation
Responsible for ensuring the quality of the products executed on the production line, aiming to take measures for the compliance by the executor with the manufacturing technologies, the proper operation of the line and the installations
Comply with and follow preventive maintenance and repair programs
Making optimizations/adjustments in case of deviations from the parameters
Triggering, monitoring and, if necessary, interrupting processes on the production line when an error occurs.
Maintaining effective communication with the superior and support departments
Carrying out periodic evaluations/statistics regarding the defects/errors that occurred on the production line, analyzing them together with the support departments and the direct superior and defining the prevention measures
Actively participate in validation tests
Knowledge of all technologies in the area of responsibility
Quality assurance of parts based on technical drawings and instructions (e.g. functionality, completeness, etc.), if necessary, comparison of target/actual deviations
Implement safety, health and environmental protection regulations as part of legislation
Follow 5S
Comply with company EHS management rules, know the factory and work area environmental factors and hazards, perform the post responsibility what described in the safe production responsibility system.
