This role is for an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant to lead implementation projects, design solutions, and guide clients through end-to-end supply chain transformations. You will work on Oracle Fusion or EBS SCM, drive data conversions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Mandatory Requirements:

–10 years of SCM solution implementation consulting experience.
Strong experience in: SCM solution design; conducting solution playback/workshop sessions with business stakeholders; integration solution design across enterprise applications; data conversion strategy, mapping, migration, and validation.
Experience across complete implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, hypercare).
Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements, translate into scalable SCM solutions.
Design end-to-end SCM business processes aligned with best practices.
Conduct solution playback and design validation workshops.
Define functional requirements for integrations; collaborate with technical teams.
Lead data migration activities (assessment, mapping, cleansing, reconciliation, validation).
Support testing (SIT, UAT) and production deployment.
Prepare functional specs, process documentation, test scenarios, training materials.
Collaborate cross-functionally for successful delivery.
Support go-live and post-implementation stabilization.

优先资格

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience with Oracle EBS SCM or other enterprise SCM platforms.
Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, or middleware.
Multiple end-to-end SCM implementation projects.
Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
