Experience: 15+ years of Progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role. Experience leading a group of engineers with multiple layers, evaluating performance, and providing objective and actionable feedback. Proven track record of successfully delivering high-performance, highly available & scalable applications with a micro-services architecture and a deep understanding of observability. Deep expertise in modern web architectures, microservices, and distributed systems. Software development principles and lifecycle, development technologies / frameworks. Experience scaling systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation and evolving systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity. Experience working with technical and non-technical colleagues in a cross-functional, interdisciplinary environment, including strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience with agile practices. Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and lead digital transformation initiatives. Education: Degree in software engineering or computer science or equivalent experience. Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French is a plus.
