As the Immunology Alliance Franchise Medical Head for Iberia, you will lead the medical and scientific strategy for the immunology portfolio in Spain, driving KOL engagement, evidence generation, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience:
Demonstrated proficiency in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Medical Affairs
Strong background in managing teams
Experience in launch excellence processes within a multinational pharmaceutical company
Background in or exposure to rare diseases, immunology, oncology, or neurology therapeutic areas
Experience working in a matrix organization with multiple GBUs and cross-functional stakeholders
Experience leading and developing teams
Technical and Soft Skills:
Strong business acumen to create compelling Medical strategies
Understanding of clinical studies (interventional and observational)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and networking skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to engage with key external stakeholders
Ability to embrace innovation and analyze trends
Education:
University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Health Economics, or a related field
Languages:
Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
工作职责
Main responsibilities:
Provide medical/scientific support for KOL management, market access, clinical development, life cycle management, and commercial activities
Drive professional relationships with selected ME, decision makers, and health-care organizations
Collect insights from internal and external customers to understand unmet medical needs and identify data gaps
Design/execute data generation projects to support new products/indications, close data gaps, and support market access
Ensure integration of clinical plan and marketing needs into regulatory and market access planning
Develop medical insights for appropriate use of medicines and devices
Enhance patient-centric approach integration
Proactively identify and manage medical risks (Benefit/Risk, RMPs)
Ensure ethics, transparency, quality, and compliance
People Leadership Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day coaching, mentoring, and professional development for team members
Identify and address capability gaps in the team
Foster a high-performance team culture aligned with Sanofi's values
Manage team workload effectively
