This apprenticeship role within Sanofi's Employee Experience team focuses on designing and delivering employee lifecycle programs. You will support operational improvements for experience touchpoints, collaborate with various centers of excellence, and use data-driven approaches to measure impact. Support the implementation of programs, from design through deployment, in collaboration with the centers of excellence: Talent, Training, Compensation, Diversity and Inclusion, Brand and Communications, and Digital.

Help strengthen the skills of key teams within Sanofi regarding best practices in employee experience.
Participate in the analysis of market trends and best practices to bring new perspectives and help position Sanofi as a leader in employee experience.
Contribute to the measurement and reporting of employee experience initiatives using data-driven approaches.
Collaborate on implementing operational improvements for specific touchpoints of the employee experience, in alignment with Sanofi’s employee value proposition and employer brand.
