This role is a Clinical Science Associate (CSA) in the Rare Blood Disorders franchise at Sanofi, focusing on hemophilia and other thrombotic/hemostatic diseases. 工作职责

Commit to improving hemophilia treatment with a focus on long-term prognosis, building strong partnerships with physicians and medical staff centered on patients.

Present and implement activity plans based on product and sales strategies, achieving results in assigned territory.
Maintain a positive attitude and make necessary proposals within the sales office.
Build constructive relationships with IMH and ISA team members in the same area, enabling synergistic information exchange and collaboration.
Set an example in required compliance and ethical norms, encouraging group members to act accordingly.
Accept work locations as required by the company.
Correctly understand the latest internal and external rules and conduct patient-centric activities.
Compliance & Integrity: constantly review and understand latest industry rules and Sanofi policies, reflect on own actions, and incorporate feedback.
Post-market surveillance, adverse event/complaint handling: monitor and properly operate GVP, GPSP, safety info, OUG, quality control, price maintenance.
Social contribution through products: continue appropriate promotion and disease awareness to deliver products to all patients in need as early as possible.
Understand daily PDCA importance and complete execution and reporting as defined by the organization.

KOL/AOL management and speaker cultivation experience
