This role focuses on managing HVAC and utility systems within a pharmaceutical facility under cGMP regulations. You will coordinate improvements, perform root cause analyses, and act as system owner for critical systems. The position requires strong technical knowledge and collaboration with stakeholders.
最低要求
Master or equivalent by relevant experience (preferably technical direction: electromechanics, chemical technology, industrial engineering). At least 3 years of relevant experience in a technical environment (5-8 years for senior profiles). Demonstrable knowledge of HVAC, utilities, Black Utilities, Air and gases in industrial or pharmaceutical context. Familiarity with cGMP regulations, quality and safety standards. Analytical and proactive thinking with focus on solutions and improvement trajectories. Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal/external stakeholders and acting as spokesperson during audits. Languages: Dutch and English.

Coordinate and implement improvements on operational processes within Facility Management
Perform root cause analyses on deviating data, support investigations and deviations
Act as system owner for critical systems (HVAC, utilities, etc.)
Evaluate and optimize capacity, reliability and energy efficiency of Technical Operations processes
Define, budget and plan investment projects
Coordinate project (start-up) teams
