This role is a Senior Financial Analyst position at Sanofi, responsible for providing controlling support to local Business Units, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly closings, and financial analysis. You will partner closely with Finance Business Partners and business owners to ensure accurate financial reporting and drive process improvements.

工作职责
Partner closely with Finance Business Partners across GBUs to provide cohesive support to Business Leaders
Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing and share results with Finance Business Partners and Budget Owners
Prepare monthly commentary to explain variances between actual results and budget/forecasts
Ensure business owners execute the budgeted plan, including tracking actuals, approval of projects, and providing direction
Develop Opex and headcount forecasts for designated areas
Identify risks and opportunities affecting forecast achievement
Track headcount monthly and compare to budgeted and forecasted vacancy rates
Track all assumptions built into budget and forecasts
Approve project spend and ensure proper budgeting
Continuously challenge legacy ways of working; identify gaps and recommend new ways
Increase financial and business acumen
Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal control requirements
Promote efficiencies and improved ways of working across region
Educate client groups on financial policies and processes
Support all key Finance initiatives
Ad hoc projects and analyses as required

MBA and/or CPA; Pharmaceutical and public accounting experience; Commercial Finance and Gross to Net; TM1 and SAP experience; strong stakeholder management, business cases, lease contracts, project tracking, CAPEX tracking, depreciation and capitalization simulations, variance analysis and budget and forecast experience, IFRS 16 knowledge.
