This position is a Flow Controller within Sanofi's Supply Chain APU AI team, based in Frankfurt, Germany. You will be responsible for controlling batch flow, coordinating global partners, and contributing to production security through KPI monitoring and risk assessment. 工作职责
Monitor key steps in Level-1 of APU autoinjectors within the Unit Devices
Project lead times for product documentation, testing, and release activities
Consolidate APU lead times and align with available capacity
Regularly update standard lead time in ERP (SAP) including GRPT time
Coordinate release planning and prioritization based on market demands
Ensure timely APU steps in FaCT and analyze schedule instability
Weekly update of planned release dates in ERP in case of deviations
Escalate flow issues and lead the E2E Flow column in other ecosystems
Align within 0-3 month horizon with SC Product Planner
Provide critical information for plan changes and batch releases
Review demand exceptions during S&OE meetings
Collaborate with Site Scheduler on delivery risks and escalate to Supply Planner
Monitor forecast accuracy and escalate recurring deviations
Collaborate with Product Leaders to cover demand and identify bottleneck risks
Ensure application of defined inventory policies and target coverage
Define target WIP and throughput based on inventory goals
Collaborate with PCU team and SMS to optimize FACT setup
Regularly update critical path for release processes
Monitor and update relevant ERP data (e.g., standard lead times, GRPT)
Lead: FACT Weekly Meeting (PCU L), E2E FLOW Meeting
Participate: QDCI SC L1+2, Site SC Performance Review, Site Net Demand Review, Capability Review Meeting, S&OE Meeting, PCU/Site Capability Review Meeting
