This role is a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) focused on Oncology for a major pharmaceutical company in Chile. You will act as the local medical expert, leading medical affairs activities, co-developing brand strategies, and engaging with external stakeholders. The position requires a strong scientific background, clinical research experience, and fluency in English.

University degree (Bachelor’s) required, preferably in a scientific field.

Secondary/advanced scientific degree (e.g., MSc, PharmD, DO, MD) required.
Fluency in English.
Substantial professional, clinical, or research experience (minimum 5 years).
Knowledge and experience of clinical research methodology and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) required.
Valid driver's license required.

Impacts team results and influences customer, operational, project, or service activities.

Explains complex information and interacts across business areas.
Performs routine and non-routine assignments to solve problems of low to moderate complexity.
Analyzes information to make independent judgments and recommendations.
Accountable for quality of work; works independently with moderate guidance.
Acts as the Local Medical Affairs TA expert in one or more TAs.
Co-leads Local TA, Launch, and Brand Strategies, and leads Medical Affairs Tactics.
Leads Medical Affairs activities in the assigned territory.
Responsible for assigning, tracking, and monitoring KPIs for Medical Affairs.
Consolidates and communicates trends, market insights, and unmet needs.
Develops Medical material, reviews marketing material, conducts trainings.
Ensures scientific and clinical accuracy for products.
Complies with training and SOPs.
Maintains GxP knowledge.
Conducts local internal scientific training.
Reviews and communicates insights from Medical colleagues.
Develops Medical KTL scientific interaction plans.
Positively impacts external perceptions of the company.
Maintains comprehensive scientific TA knowledge.
Ensures operational excellence by sharing best practices.
Maps treatment landscape and medical environment.
Plans and tracks TA-specific medical budget.
Leads/supports Medical studies and coordinates clinical projects.
Leads local publication process and dissemination.
Supports communications for ISS between investigators and internal stakeholders.
Coordinates with ClinDev and ClinOps for field support.
May lead presentations at internal study review committees.
Assimilates, processes, and shares medical information with stakeholders.

优先资格

Clinical or clinical research experience specific to the therapeutic area is preferred.

An advanced degree is advantageous.
Previous MSL, Medical Advisor, or related pharmaceutical experience preferred.
