作为花旗商业银行香港的工业板块副总裁级客户关系经理,你将负责管理工业领域的中型公司客户关系,推动收入增长,拓展新客户,并协调内部产品专家提供定制化金融解决方案

最低要求

工作职责

推动收入增长,培养更深的客户关系,为香港商业银行特许经营战略性获取新客户

向客户介绍解决方案,建立和加强有效的投资组合
与产品专家和主题专家合作,构建满足客户个性化需求的创新定制解决方案
确保满足适当的“了解你的客户”和其他合规要求
识别交叉销售机会,加深和增加钱包份额
通过主动分享市场动态、趋势和情报,最大化客户体验
执行各级中央发起的战略举措
管理客户的信贷关系,协调和监督整个流程,确保政策和机构流程的正确应用
确保始终遵守监管要求和花旗的政策/准则
在做出业务决策时适当评估风险,特别考虑公司的声誉,并保护花旗集团、其客户和资产,通过推动遵守适用法律、规则和法规,遵守政策,在个人行为、行为和业务实践方面运用合理的道德判断,并以透明的方式升级、管理和报告控制问题
