【工作职责】
Act as the backend developer is the technical responsible for concept, development and implementation of solutions based on business requirements jointly derived with the product owner; these solutions are then to be implemented using agile methodology, include the steering of external service providers based on a framework given defined. Finally, the backend developer is responsible for the operations, release and end user service. He/She should support the requirements of the China market and find synergy on solutions with global solutions if any. This involves alignment with Central Key Users in Germany, competence centers when comes to global system integration. The position of this function is to be based in Shanghai.
Development/ Consulting
▪ Design, develop and maintain applications/ systems
▪ Continue research the current and emerging technologies and proposed changes where needed
▪ Develop and support solutions that easily integrated into China and Central solutions
▪ Responsible for steering the creation of a solution prototype and definition of specifications
▪ Participating in technology selection
System implementation Services
▪ Design, develop and maintain system utilizing Java, HTML and other web technologies.
▪ Execute Project tasks and activities according to Project Implementation life cycle, initiation to after live support
▪ Maintain project documentation of all processes related to the business systems.
▪ Responsible for quality assurance.
▪ Executes and monitor Project tasks and activities
▪ Involved in Project tasks for e.g.: understanding business blueprint, gap analysis and communication to respective team
▪ Maintains project documentation according to Conti Tire IT standards
▪ Support the implementation in the China market
▪ Able to provide solutions to the Change Request raised or in any kinds of discussion
Support Operation Services
▪ Manage the service infrastructure, deployment & release coordination
▪ Work on incident tickets, problem and change management
▪ Collaborates with technical lead, product owner and LKU. Demonstrate how the business processes related
▪ Monitor and attend to service tickets available in Service desk tools
Project Management
▪ Project management (technical focus) for solutions development projects to ensure that resources, risk detection and planning are aligned with the solution objectives
