As a Senior Systems Development Engineer at Dell Technologies in Taipei, you will lead system architecture and integration for server products, balancing technical performance with cost control. 工作职责
Lead system architecture and integration efforts, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with project objectives from concept through execution.
Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including interface specifications, inspection/testing procedures, and risk mitigation plans to support system reliability
Design and implement cost-effective testing and troubleshooting methods, including development of diagnostic programs, test fixtures, and validation protocols for new products
Drive technical decision-making and cost-performance optimization, balancing engineering requirements with budget constraints to deliver robust solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and business to ensure seamless system integration and transparent communication across global stakeholders
