Lead learning solutions addressing selling skills, brand, storytelling, CRM, remote selling, soft skills and Jewellery Watches & Accessories collections etc. Work with store managers and business partners on sales, CRM & Service KPI analysis and related action plans. Develop and follow up on action plans related to Mystery Shopping, Voice of Client initiatives. Be accountable for design, deployment and co-ordination of training events. Be responsible for defining the right audience, planning calendar of activities. Participate in TTT sessions. Drive coaching culture and influence store leaders. Drive e-learning completion rate. Spend no less than 30% of time on shop floor coaching. Be responsible for planning and optimising training budget. Work with wholesale team to ensure effective training programs.
With GIA and FHH holder is definitely a plus.
