This role focuses on building a learning culture for retail and wholesale teams in Taiwan, designing and delivering training programs on selling skills, brand knowledge, CRM, and coaching. You will spend significant time on the sales floor coaching staff, analyzing service KPIs, and driving client satisfaction.

最低要求

University Graduate with luxury retail background preferred, advanced with professional certifications in gems, watches and learning & development. At least 6+ years’ experience in training / retail function; over 2+ years in managerial role. Expertise in selling skills for luxury creations (Watches & Jewellery background preferred). Expertise in coaching techniques. Strong Experience in training program design, deployment and follow up. Business Awareness. Flexibility & Agility. Stakeholder management. Influential skills. Knowledge of Bulgari creations. Technical knowledge on gems & watches. Training methodologies, processes & tools. Selling and communication technique. Coaching technique. CRM.

工作职责

Lead learning solutions addressing selling skills, brand, storytelling, CRM, remote selling, soft skills and Jewellery Watches & Accessories collections etc. Work with store managers and business partners on sales, CRM & Service KPI analysis and related action plans. Develop and follow up on action plans related to Mystery Shopping, Voice of Client initiatives. Be accountable for design, deployment and co-ordination of training events. Be responsible for defining the right audience, planning calendar of activities. Participate in TTT sessions. Drive coaching culture and influence store leaders. Drive e-learning completion rate. Spend no less than 30% of time on shop floor coaching. Be responsible for planning and optimising training budget. Work with wholesale team to ensure effective training programs.
