Commercial Training: • Strategic Oversight: Provide direction and ensure training initiatives are aligned with retail strategy, brand standards, and commercial objectives. • Team Supervision: Oversee the commercial training team’s planning, prioritization, and delivery, ensuring trainers execute programs effectively. • Quality Assurance: Review training content, methodology, and outcomes to maintain consistency and high standards across all stores. • Performance Evaluation: Monitor trainer performance, set expectations, and provide feedback to ensure accountability and continuous improvement. • Resource Allocation: Approve training schedules, allocate resources, and ensure programs are delivered within budget and timelines. • Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with store managers, commercial leaders, and HR to ensure training supports execution gaps and business priorities. • Reporting & Review: Consolidate training outcomes, report progress to senior management, and recommend adjustments to strengthen frontline capability.
