工作职责

Greet the guests, take orders and deliver food & beverage items according to hotel’s standards and procedures

Assist in maintaining smooth operation of assigned section
Be in charge of the assigned section to ensure smooth operation
Monitor back of house and run food between kitchen and dining area
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by being attentive to guests’ needs and response timely throughout the dining experience
Perform any other duties as required by your department head from time to time
