This position is for a Sommelier at Terrace Boulud, a restaurant within the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service, managing wine and spirits, and training bar staff. 工作职责
Deliver a delighted bar and dining experience to our guests; Maintain smooth and efficient operations in the bar areas; Understand guests’ needs and deliver excellent service and professional recommendation; Ensure that the beverage lists are updated and maintain accurate sales records; Monitor the proper storage, aging rotation and temperature of all stock in beverage storeroom in a daily basis; Serve all beverage order in accordance with proper procedures; Provide on-the-job training to bartenders as well as the service team in all aspects of the beverage service and knowledge; Follow and apply HACCP standards at all times
