This is a strategic leadership role overseeing the Rooms division at W Macau - Studio City. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage profitability, lead a large team, and ensure brand standards are met. Ideal for experienced hospitality professionals seeking a senior management position in a luxury integrated resort.

工作职责

Champions the brand’s service vision for product and service delivery.

Communicates a clear and consistent message regarding departmental goals.
Makes and executes necessary decisions to keep property moving toward achievement of goals.
Monitors and promotes room rates, specials, and promotions.
Reviews all out-of-order rooms daily.
Analyzes service issues and identifies trends.
Works with Rooms team to develop operational strategy aligned with brand strategy.
Reviews and audits expenses (profit, payroll, room expenses, etc.).
Conducts weekly meetings with divisional managers.
Prepares monthly, quarterly and yearly Rooms Division financial forecasts.
Prepares annual capital expenditures report.
Monitors Rooms operations sales performance against budget.
Reviews reports and financial statements.
Coaches and supports operations team on occupancy, rate, wages, and expenses.
Compares budgeted wages to actual wages.
Demonstrates and communicates key drivers of guest satisfaction.
Delivers excellent customer service and encourages same from others.
Reviews guest feedback and ensures corrective action.
Coordinates and communicates event details.
Creates an atmosphere meeting or exceeding guest expectations.
Responds to and handles guest problems.
Uses personal judgment to enhance customer experience.
Stays available to solve problems.
Interacts with guests for feedback.
Works to continually improve customer service.
Emphasizes guest satisfaction in departmental meetings.
Ensures employees understand expectations for Room duties.
Monitors and handles guest complaints.
