设计、确认并沟通特殊活动的房间布局和设置要求
使用键盘、鼠标或轨迹球输入和检索计算机数据库中的信息以更新记录、文件和预订
使用计算机、邮件或传真机传输信息或文件
操作除计算机外的标准办公设备
准备每周部门薪资文书
协助管理层进行招聘、培训、排班、评估、咨询、纪律处分以及激励和指导员工
成为公平对待/开放政策流程的榜样和第一联系人
遵守所有公司及安全政策与程序,报告事故和伤害,完成安全培训和认证
确保制服和个人形象整洁专业,维护专有信息的机密性,保护公司资产,目视检查工具、设备或机器
