This is a senior business development role focused on establishing high-value partnerships with top corporations and government entities in Saudi Arabia. You will lead market entry strategies for Keemart, a platform under Meituan, driving institutional procurement and employee welfare programs. Omni-Channel Development

Aviation & Transportation: Penetrate national carriers (e.g., Saudia, flynas) and ground handling services to implement employee retail benefits and on-site logistics solutions.
Financial & Insurance: Engage major banking groups (e.g., Al Rajhi, SNB) and insurance providers to integrate Keemart into their employee incentive and rewards frameworks.
SOEs & Giga-Projects: Partner with large-scale entities (e.g., SABIC, stc) and Vision 2030 Giga-projects (e.g., NEOM, ROSHN) to secure institutional procurement contracts and community-based service points.
Strategic Access & 'Wasta' Management
Directly engage with HR Directors and Procurement Heads, leveraging professional influence (Wasta) to bypass bureaucratic hurdles and expedite project execution.
Ensure all collaborative frameworks align with Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives, specifically focusing on 'Quality of Life' and 'Digital Transformation'.
End-to-End Partnership Management
Oversee the complete partnership funnel—from initial high-level outreach and competitive bidding to contract finalization.
Monitor ongoing performance to ensure high ROI, stable order volume growth, and long-term relationship retention.
