This internship in Merck's Life Science division (SLS) focuses on commercial and administrative support for the sales team. You will help develop strategies, analyze performance indicators, and participate in innovation projects while gaining exposure to over 300,000 products. The role is hybrid based in Barueri, Brazil, requiring about 3 days per week in office.

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biomedicine, Pharmacy, or related fields at an institution with high scientific research level
Graduation between December 2027 and December 2028 (mandatory)
Laboratory experience in scientific initiation
Availability for daytime internship (8h to 15h)

工作职责
Assist sellers and leaders in developing strategies, monitoring and analyzing performance indicators, considering the dynamics and needs of the main quality control, research and development labs in the country
Participate in technical and commercial meetings and trainings on over 300,000 Merck Life Science products
Participate in innovation and process improvement projects involving various areas such as marketing, digital evolution, IT, CRM, bidding, portals, imports, customer service, supply chain, etc., aiming to improve customer journey
Provide customer support related to quotations and access to all our digital channels, aiming to provide a better customer experience
Handle with excellence and agility the various analytical systems and reports used by the company for strategic planning, sales tracking and performance via SAP, Excel, PBI, SFDC, AI and other automation systems
Be creative, questioning and always propose improvements!
